The United Nations Women committee consisted of 22 members altogether. The third day of the conference started with a motion where all the delegated discussed climate change’s impact on gender inequality. Each speaker got a total time of 90 seconds to share their views about the motion. Almost all the countries spoke about this motion and shared some important points related to climate change impacting gender inequality.

The points that came out of the first motion were… Country allies should collaborate together and solve the country's problems like giving more options to the girl child, Usage of power plants, reduction go fossil fuels, solar plants reduce climate change risks but are expensive and how global leaders should help MEDC’S and LEDC’s financially. Sustainable resource management, sustainable peace, sustainable project policies and reducing carbon emissions are essential to combat climate changes.
Other aspects to help the development and action to take place is educating parents, proper hygiene and sanitation and creating jobs.
Some other solutions the delegates came up with are- proper education systems, developing mindsets, retain individuality, more technological availability etc. Afterwards the delegates went in an unmoderated caucus to make their working papers to be able to complete their draft solutions.

The committee finally came to a draft resolution after 2 sessions of unmoderated caucuses, each for half an hour. The original resolution made by the delegates had around 30 clauses! The Executive Board could not allow that, so the members were asked to cut down and they came up with 9 points.
The final resolutions were as followed:
1. Request the provisions of basic resources
2. Urge countries to provide job opportunities
3. Encourage health organisations to provide the suffering ones with humanitarian assistance and doctors without borders
4. Encourage regulation be imposed on working spaces.
5. Advise offering women jobs, opportunities that offer suitable timings for women to work and to households at the same time.
6. Urge to provide sustainable disposal system which impact climate change due to increased land pollution.
7. Encourage to upgrade electric cars and electric stations to reduce the strain on the environment.
8. Encouraging affinity groups of woman to send representatives in government discussions.
9. Urges countries should pass laws like the United Kingdom which will help to reduce the gender pay gap.

Even though the resolution brought up important points and most delegates voted in favour, it still could not gain a majority of votes and had to be failed.
